MP Metro - A Convenient Way to Commute

In a day-to-day scenario, we see adults going to work, and children having their school or

college to go to. The majority of people depend on private or public transport for their

everyday commute. A conventional intra-city transport system, which is road-based results in a

lot of traffic, especially during peak working hours. Traffic jams during these hours waste time

that could have been utilized more productively. Time is money. We don’t only waste time in

these traffic jams, but also money.

While on the road, we come across all kinds of drivers, most of them novices, incompetent and

careless. This results in unnecessary and easily avoidable road accidents involving innocent

bystanders. The pollution and smoke only add to the chaos.

To give relief from problems like these, the State Government has introduced the Metro Rail

Project. This has not just addressed the issues, it has also contributed to the transformation of

the cities. The Metro Rail Project at Bhopal and Indore is currently underway and will soon be

completed.

A convenient and safe way to travel, the Metro Rail keeps you safe from all road accidents,

comfortable, and most importantly affordable for the public. This will help raise the living

standards of the people, adding comfort to their travel for a more productive day at work.

The Metro Rail Project promises equal opportunities for all. It comes with the assurance of

improved lives and opens an avenue for new employment opportunities. This brings us closer

to the dream of a prosperous State.

Madhya Pradesh Metro Rail is a sustainable project that adheres to Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle

method, emphasizing renewable energy. Being a founder member of IGBC it abides by the

guidelines of the institution. It pledges to contribute to making the planet Earth a better place

to live.

It is a constant endeavour to achieve higher standards in innovation and technology. The project

commits to retaining the Best Quality Standards, at the same time playing a role in the

conservation of our rich heritage by reducing pollution, hence preserving the environment.

The Madhya Pradesh Metro Rail Project plays a big role in ensuring a conducive milieu for a

healthy tomorrow, envisioning convenience and flourishing life for the citizens of the State.
